It's that time of year again! The Herbst's are getting together over the summer break and having a great time together. This year, it was our turn to plan the reunion and so we headed to Timberlakes and played together for three days at the cabin. Besides nature walks, games, movies, riding 4-wheelers, motorcycles and cousins time...These are a few fun things we did....
After a delicious breakfast cooked by the Mikesell's, we headed into town to enjoy Heber Days. There was several activities going on in town, but we decided to buy tickets to ride the "Heber Creeper" which is Utah's 100-year old steam engine train that chugs along Deer Creek and down Provo Canyon. The kids were very excited to ride on the train!

There was beautiful scenery and even a robbery on the train! Bandits boarded the train with stolen gold and were chased by local authorities...The kids loved the interaction with the actors and we enjoyed some guitar playing, cowboy singing on the train!
