Labor Day Weekend-Part 2

After the parade in Idaho, we grabbed some lunch and hung out for a few hours with everyone. Then we drove back to Utah, made a quick stop at home then kept going to Heber to enjoy Swiss Days and stay at our family cabin. It was beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. Mike's brother, Ryan and his family joined us the next day and we had a great time playing card games, fishing, and riding 4-wheelers. When we were fixing dinner, Nathan rigged up one of the fishing poles so the kids on the top deck would cast a line down to him and he would put a piece of parade candy on the hook and tug on it. They would reel it up and squeal with delight. We also worked on the "fort" that the boys build a little each time they come. It's nestled just off the back deck in a grove of trees. They have collected logs from around the cabin property and made a path leading up to it with rocks. It is turning our really great and they have so much fun in there being "boys". Even the big boys helped out! What a great week-end and we loved spending so much time with all the family!
