My little girl's birthday

Monday was Megan's 3rd Birthday! I feel so blessed to have her in my life and what a difference this little girl has made in our family. She is definitely daddy's little girl and mommy's big helper. She makes her brothers smile and I love how sweet and gentle they are to her. Even though she loves to play hot wheels, light-sabers and Lego's, she always finds time to draw/color, read, and play dress-ups. She loves to use sign language whenever she can and is always asking me what the "sign" is for ... everything. I love watching her learn new things and I am amazed how fast she absorbs everything and never forgets any detail. (Sometimes this can be a challenge). We love you Megan and the sunshine you bring into our home!

To celebrate her birthday, the boys had schoool off (end of term), so I took them to Build-A-Bear. She was thrilled and had a great time combing and choosing a little outfit for her new bunny. Then we headed to lunch and met Mike at the new Bountiful rec center to go swimming. Ever since our trip to St. George where we went swimming 2-3 times a day to pass time, she has begged to go back. Almost everyday she asked, "Mommy, we go back to St. George today? ... And go swimming?" After swimming we had family over for presents, cake and ice-cream. It was a great day and thank you family and friends for all your sweet birthday cards and phone messages wishing her a wonderful birthday! She loves you so much!
