Today, we took the kids to spend the day at Lagoon. Grandma Lyn invited all the grandkids to go to Lagoon with her and how we could not resist. It was hot day, but a lot of fun watching them have such a great time together with their cousins. Nathan amazed us in that he has no fear and wanted to go on every ride! He attempted the famous Wicked, (loved it), Fire Dragon, The Bat (his favorite), Jet Star, The Rocket and so on. I took him on Wicked for the first time for both of us and after the free fall drop, I quickly turned to him and said. "Are you okay?" He didn't even look at me and yelled, "this is awsome!" I knew that he was going to be just fine. Austin enjoyed "The Bat" but was too short to ride on any of the other big kid rides. He hung out with us at the kiddy korner and had a ball. Megan even had a taste of it riding the train, boats, bumper cars and the "Dragon Fly". I wasn't sure if she was enjoying it because she kept tugging her chin down and her shoulder would go up, but when it was over she signed for more.I'm glad we had the oppertunity to go, but wow, could my last few weeks be any more packed! I think we are feeling either a little guilty leaving our kids for so long in the next few weeks or maybe it could be that we are feeling like we are going to miss them terribly and just want to spend every minute playing with them. I think it's a little of both!
