The Herbst Family: Jaron is THREE!

My baby boy is growing up! Today Jaron is three! Oh how I love and adore this boy. He has brought so much laughter and joy to our lives. He definatly keeps me on my toes and I've learned that if he's being quite...he must be getting into something he shouldn't.

There are so many things about him that I love... I love that he always has a song in his heart. He sings all day long and sings after prayers when we put him to bed. You'll find him singing playing with toys, in the play microphone or even on the toilet. (he, he) Some of his favorite songs he sings are: I Am a Child of God, The Wheels on the bus, Book of Mormon Stories, I hope they call me on a mission, Jingle Bells, and the song from Sound of Music that goes like this...do a dear and female dear, ray a drop of golden sun!!!!.

All of his brothers and sister play with him, read to him and cuddle with him. He loves his "star blankie" and tries really hard to be a big boy. We were successful in getting him potty-trained by his birthday and so learns things very quickly. He is a good friend to others and has a smile for everyone. We love you Jaron and are grateful to have you in our family!
