Happy Valentine's Day!

Valentine's Day was really unique this year in that it fell on a Sunday! It was so much fun because it felt like we celebrated all week-end long! Mike took me out on a date on Saturday (really the first time we have been out together alone since Jaron was born)and not only brought me flowers, but also gave Megan a rose like he has done every Valentine's Day since she was born. He is such a great husband and a wonderful, thoughtful father. She has her dady wrapped around his finger, but I'm grateful she is "daddy's little girl" and the relationship they have together. Well, Sunday morning we woke up to one of our favorite family traditions. Breakfast! We made pink pancakes (with mini-chocolate chips), eggs in the shape of hearts and OJ. Then after church we had our annual family candle-light dinner with a box of chocolates as a surprise on everyone plates. The kids had a blast and decided that their favorite part was the sparkling apple cider. I love celebrating this day, not because of the flowers, candy and dates, but remembering all those who you love and love you!

I love all the pictures! Megan looks so grown up! Valentine's is one of my favorite holidays. I hope you guys are feeling better. I hear you've all been pretty sick lately.
