Bee's Baseball Game

On Monday, for FHE, we rode Front Runner (the commuter rail) into Downtown Salt Lake and visited the Spring Ballpark to watch a Bee's Baseball Game. It is Air Force Week and HAFB did special performances, parachuters and F-16 fly bys. It was really fun to watch those amazing jets. We meet my sister, Emily and her husband there and had a great time together watching a great game of baseball. In the fourth inning, Mike caught a fly ball!!! We were sitting above first base and he was holding Megan in one hand and tried to catch it in the other, but it hit his chest first and he has a welt to show for it. Poor guy! Anyway, the boys were ecstatic and Nathan wanted to sleep with it that night and Austin took it for show-n-tell the next day at school.
