Change of plans

Yesterday was one of the hardest days of our trip. Everything had been going so well and smoothly. I even prepared myself for gliches or change of plans, but nothing like this. We dropped off our car rental at Glasgow, Prestwick Airport and checked in for our flight to Ireland. When they were weighing our luggage, they said we were over our weight by 19kg and it was going to cost us 267 pounds extra each way because of it. That equalls to about $800.00. We only paid $80 each for our flights and had to make a quick decision not to go and forfit the $160 instead of paying the extra $800. It really wasn't worth it for just one day. I guess there always are hicupps in any trip.
