Last week Nathan had a class Halloween Program. I couldn't believe all the work his teacher went to for this program. His teacher, Mrs. Kawa feels strong in having the students memorize lots of things. Every week they have to pass off a poem. Some short, but some are long and challenging, but she says that it is a skill they need to learn and develop. Anyway, the kids learned several Halloween songs, poems, jokes and parts all in 2 weeks! It was really fun to see them perform and get us excited for the holiday!
