Last Friday was an exciting day for my kids. First, it was their last day of school for the long 2 week Christmas break and second it was the day of Christmas parties and programs. Nathan had a "Polar Express Day" and went to school in his robe, slippers and pj's. They boarded the Polar Express Train and had hot chocolate and a read-a-thon in a train and even met Santa. Austin had his singing program and was asked to sign the song, "Up on the house top", in ASL for the school program. We were lucky to have Grandma Lyn come to watch Austin perform. I love this time of year and being able to share it with my family.
