We all live in a yellow submarine

Yesterday, we went to Liverpool, England. This is the town the Beetles grew up in and were discovered! I couldn't believe how much history these towns have. We saw the house where John Lennon lived and the real Yellow Submarine! (Well, the town's version of it) Well, the first thing we did after we got our car rental was drive up to Preston, England. We drove around the cute little town tried to find the flat where Presiden Hinckley lived when he served his mission here. We soon figured out that the temple isn't actually in Preston, but close by. We ffinally found it with our trusty GPS (Tom Tom, as they call them over here) and was amazed by it's grand beauty! Mike was here with his parents when they only broke ground, so it was neat to have him see it all done. They have a Stake Center and the MTC on the temple grounds. We got a little tour by the security gaurd. Things are quite around here because the temple is closed these two weeks for cleaning. We were sad not to be able to do a session, but have already made arrangments for that at the London Temple next week.
