The London Temple

The last day of our trip, we spent a whole day at the London Temple. Wow! I couldn't think of a better way to end our trip. We were overwhelmed by the love and hospitality of everyone here! Mike and I have had a trip of a lifetime and spending all this time here together in the temple, it really made us appreciate who created all the beautiful and amazing places we've visited. I loved being there, sitting in the celestial room and feeling the spirit of my Grandpa Dent. He spent many months here in England, building churches and remodeling this temple. It was while he was here that they found his brain tumor and he had to leave his mission early. My dad flew over to help and brought my grandparents back home for his cancer treatments. My grandpa passed away soon after and never made it back. I love the temple, love going to do work there for my ancestors and feeling the way I feel when I am there and after. I honestly thought throughout this trip how excited I am for my kids to be future missionaries and can't wait to see where they serve and the people they will grow to love. I am very grateful for this experience to visit Mike's mission and see the beautiful country he served in, the wonderful people he taught and feel the missionary spirit.
